Anthony Newman’s Sports Camps do not offer camp after care. Our camps end at 3:30 pm and we ask that you are there to pick up your child at that time.

Catlin Gabel does offer after care if needed.

Yes, we ask that you or another responsible adult drop off your child to our staff at the designated location.

You may drop off your child 15 minutes prior to the beginning of camp. Please do not drop off your child and leave them unattended prior to Anthony Newman Sports Camp Staff arriving.

Most people find it most convenient to authorize us to automatically charge their credit card on the due date. If this doesn’t work for you, you may send a check to Anthony Newman’s Sports Camps. Regardless of payment method, all camps must be paid in full 30 days prior to the first day of camp.

For all camps, children need to wear comfortable clothes for active play. We recommend they wear a warm-up suit and shorts, as some mornings are still a little cool when we head outside for the first time. All campers need to wear athletic shoes.  For outdoor camps, please provide sunscreen.

For full day camps, campers need to bring a sack lunch or provisions to pick up your child for lunch need to be made. We do not provide lunch.

Anthony Newman’s Sports Camps offers a number of programs for a variety of age groups. Most of our camps accept participants between the grades 1st – 7th. Please read about the individual camp to find out just what age restrictions apply.  All 6 year olds are eligible if they’re going to 1st grade in the Fall.

We currently offer programs in basketball, soccer, baseball, football, tennis, cross country, and volleyball, as well as our multi-sport camps. Please visit our home page for a listing of all sports and programs that we offer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for the tuition fees paid, valid for one year for any sport and transferable to any immediate family member. Please note that participants who do not attend their registered session (no-shows) or fail to notify USSC at least 24 hours prior to check-in will not receive a voucher or refund.

Refunds are available only if the Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your payment due date (1st of the month prior to your camp start date).

Yes. You can opt to save your credit card on file for future use. You will be asked this question during the checkout process.

No. The camp dates are as advertised.

If a space should become available due to another person canceling or transferring out of the camp, you will receive an email or phone call from the ANSC staff. At that time, you can decide whether to take or decline the spot. If we leave a message for you on an answering machine, you must return our call by the end of the next business day or the spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist.

We are not permitted to confirm your present waitlist position via online registration, as positions constantly change due to transfers and cancellations. However, you may register in another camp and on the chance your waitlisted camp becomes available, you will be contacted to confirm your space. At that time you can request to transfer back to your original preference.
