Multi-Sport Camps – Recreational

Our program gives children the opportunity to acquire basic athletic skills in a variety of sports as they gain the confidence required to compete. For younger children we emphasize getting involved and keeping active. Older children are encouraged to improve their skills and engage in competition.

Multi-Sport Camps – Recreational – Sample Day Drills:

Tennis, Rock Climbing, Swimming, Handball,Kickball, Sand Volleyball, Spikeball, Field Hockey, Dodge Ball and Summer Olympic Games.

8:20-8:45am: Check In

8:50am: Intro: Introduction of Coaches

• Review of Camp Guidelines: Rules, Expectations, Respect, No Bullying (See Something, Say Something)
• Word of the Day: Focus/Respect/Smile/Work/Finish/Kindness, etc.
• 4 Days of “Word of the Day” (M-Th, new word each day)
  Friday: Recap of all Words
• Review Activities for the day
