FOOTBALL COACH - Anthony Newman
Widely regarded as the greatest high school football player in Oregon history out of Beaverton High School. He earned all Metro league running back his junior year and offensive player of the year his senior year, also Kodak first team All-American. Anthony was an accomplished baseball player. Drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays his senior year in high school. Anthony starred at the University of Oregon, playing a leading role in transforming
the Ducks from perennial Pac-10 doormats to a title contender, and laying the foundation for the powerhouse program that now exists in Eugene. Anthony finished his senior year earning first team All-Pac 10 and All-American honors. After being drafted in the second round of the 1988 draft, Anthony went played 12 stellar seasons as an NFL defensive back with the Rams, Saints & Raiders. In 2006 Anthony was inducted into the University of Oregon Athletics Hall of Fame. Anthony also provides color commentary for the Oregon Sports Network telecast of Ducks Football and radio commentary for Oregon Ducks football on 95.5FM THE GAME sports radio.

FOOTBALL COACH AND SPARQ TRAINER - Alex Molden,
Owner of All Star Performance Athletics
Alex Molden, a 9 year veteran of the National Football League. He wore the uniform of the University of Oregon where his stand-out career included a Pac-10 Championship and Rose Bowl appearance. Alex was recognized as a consensus All-American his senior year and selected as an All-Pac 10 in both his junior and senior years.
DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL ACADEMY - William Hayes
Coach Hayes attended and graduated from Grant High School in 1992. After high school he attended Portland State University . Coach Hayes has been coaching High School football for the last 10 years. He started his coaching career as a Varsity defensive back coach at Parkrose in 1999. The next 3 years were spent at Central Catholic where he served as Varsity Defensive end coach as well as Offensive line assistant. At Central Catholic he also served as the Junior Varsity Defensive Coordinator. His next stop was Lakeridge High School for the next 2 years. At Lakeridge his first year would be spent coordinating the Junior Varsity defense, as well as Offensive/Defensive line coach. His second year he was promoted to Varsity Tight end coach, and Varsity Defensive end coach. The next 4 years coach Hayes joined theClackamas High school football staff . His first year he was the Junior Varsity Outside LB coach. The next 3 years he coordinated the Varsity defense and coached the Varsity Out side line backers. This year Coach will return to Clackamas Football as the Varsity OutsideLinebacker coach. In 2003 coach Hayes founded the Off-Season Football Training Academy.
